This patient in her 30s was 5’5” tall, weighed 130lb and wore a 36AA bra preoperatively. The implants were placed under the muscle because she was petite with small breasts and visible ribs, so inserting implants in a subpectoral plane provided a thicker layer of tissue coverage. This decreases the risk of visible or palpable implant rippling in the cleavage area. The left breast was just slightly larger so in order to help correct this minor difference, on the right side a 335cc implant was inserted and on the left side a 325cc implant was used. The postop breast implant pictures were taken at the 1 year follow-up visit.
