This patient in her 30s was 168 cm tall and weighed 54 kg. She was seeking a proportionate result in keeping with her slim, fit body habitus. She desired a subpectoral pocket to provide more tissue coverage in the upper pole and cleavage area, and decrease the risk of visible or palpable implant rippling. The left breast was just slightly larger so in order to help correct this minor difference, on the right side a 365cc implant was inserted and on the left side a 345cc implant was used. The postop breast implant pictures taken one year later show excellent shape and near symmetry, with the scar well-disguised in the crease under the breast. The slight difference in nipple position was pre-existing, and this is not corrected by inserting breast implants alone.
