This healthy 53 year old patient wanted to have combined breast reduction and cosmetic tummy tuck surgery.
Preoperatively the patient was 5’1” tall , 154lbs and wore a D-cup bra.
The following year she had a minor revision of a small puckered area of the tummy tuck scar under local anaesthetic.
Two years later she lost over 30lbs but retained good abdominal skin tone and contour. It is important to note that some patients will have excess skin if they lose significant weight after having surgery.
