This patient in her early 40s wished to have correction of postpartum changes, including decreased breast size and skin laxity on the abdomen. She was 5’2” tall and weighed 125 pounds. She decided to have breast augmentation and tummy tuck with liposuction of the upper abdomen and flanks. She chose 325cc smooth round full profile silicone gel implants, which were inserted using an incision in the fold under the breast, and in a subpectoral pocket. The abdominoplasty was a drainless procedure with rectus muscle plication, and low scar placement with removal of excess pubic skin.
