This patient had a bilateral breast reduction 25+ years ago. She had unfavourable scars and decreased fullness so she opted to have implants and a breast lift. The implants are smooth round silicone gel, 345g, moderate profile. Post op photo taken 7 months after surgery. Individual results may vary.
