Description
This patient was 5’7” tall and weighed 157 pounds. Her preoperative breast size was 36B. She had moderate breast sagging (stage I-II ptosis) but did not want breast lift surgery. Therefore, we decided to insert implants in front of the muscle in a subfascial plane, to help fill out the breast tissues and avoid the “waterfall deformity”.
Implants: 560cc smooth round full profile silicone gel
Incision: Inframammary (breast fold)
Pocket: Subfascial (superficial to the pec muscle)
