This patient underwent simultaneous breast augmentation and secondary inverted nipple repair. Smooth round moderate profile silicone gel implants were inserted via an inframammary incision in a subpectoral pocket, then the nipples were repaired at the same time. A good correction of nipple projection and improvement in overall breast shape was achieved.
Description This patient underwent bilateral inverted nipple repair under local anesthetic in the clinic, which took approximately 60 minutes.
