This healthy 32 year old patient had developed breast sagging and decreased upper breast fullness after having children. She wanted only a moderate increase in breast size, so she chose 250cc round silicone gel implants plus a vertical scar breast lift. The postoperative photos were taken approximately one year later so the scars have already faded significantly.
