This patient underwent simultaneous breast augmentation and secondary inverted nipple repair. Smooth round moderate profile silicone gel implants were inserted via an inframammary incision in a subpectoral pocket, then the nipples were repaired at the same time. A good correction of nipple projection and improvement in overall breast shape was achieved.
