Description
This patient was 5’4” tall and weighed 135lbs. Preoperatively she wore a 34B bra. We inserted two differently-sized implants to improve symmetry. We always use the so-called “no touch” technique, using an insertion sleeve (e.g. Keller Funnel) to minimize contamination risk to the breast implant, and prospective hemostasis to minimize bleeding (so-called “bloodless” breast augmentation).
Implants: 485cc on left, 415cc on right; smooth round full profile highly cohesive “gummy bear” implants (Truform III)
Incision: Inframammary (in the fold under the breast)
Pocket: Subpectoral (under the chest muscle)
