Description
This patient lost overall breast volume and upper fullness after having children. She was 5’11” tall, weighted 135lbs, wore a 34B bra, and breast width was 14cm. After discussing the pros and cons of saline versus silicone implants, she decided to have saline implants inserted. She had ample breast tissue to cover implants, so there was less of a concern about seeing implant rippling, which could occur more frequently with saline implants. The postoperative photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
