This patient in her 40s weighing 130 lbs, height 5’ 7’, pre-op bra size 34B, lost breast volume after pregnancy and was looking to have more fuller breasts. She chose 405g smooth round moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants. The post op photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
