This patient in her 30s wore a 32C bra and she was seeking a moderate size increase to improve her body proportions. The left breast was slightly larger and there was a lower nipple position (stage I-II ptosis). She was not concerned about the size or position of her areolae and did not wish to have a breast lift. We decided to insert the implants in a subfascial pocket (in front of the muscle) so the implants would settle and fill out the lower part of the breasts. She chose to have a 310cc implant on the right size, then I used intraoperative sizers to determine the best size match for the left side. Her postoperative photos were taken at the 6 week visit.
