Description
This patient from Toronto had normally appearing breasts and wore an 34A-bra. She wanted to have a full-figured result but not want to look over-augmented. Since the breasts had a normal shape and there was no sagging (ptosis), we chose a round gel implant inserted in a subpectoral pocket.
