This patient developed moderate postpartum skin laxity, plus she was unsatisfied with her tethered C-section scar. Her preoperative height was 5’9”, and weight 195 pounds. She had a drainless tummy tuck with liposuction of the epigastric region and flanks, plus rectus muscle plication. There was a nice improvement in the contour of the midline abdomen, plus a smoother contour of the flanks and lateral back area.
