This patient developed significant skin laxity after having children, and even after losing some weight there was also still excess adipose tissue on the abdomen. Before surgery her height was 5’3”, weight 165 lbs and body mass index 29.2. After having a tummy tuck with liposuction contouring of the abdomen and flanks, she had a beautiful hourglass shape and was very pleased with her curvy, full-figured result. The postop photos were taken at her one year follow-up appointment.
