This 42 year old female had lost 129 pounds about 10 years ago, and her weight prior to surgery was stable at 135 pounds. In addition to having very loose skin, there was an irregular midline scar inferior to the belly button from previous hysterectomy surgery. The postoperative photos are taken one year after abdominoplasty surgery. Notice that the umbilical scar is hidden within the umbilical contour, and the lower abdominal scar is hidden by her undergarments.
