This healthy 35-year-old woman had lost 60lbs over the past 2.5 years through a regimen of better diet and regular exercise. Her weight was stable around 150lbs. Her only prior surgery was a C-section (Pfannenstiel incision above the pubic mound). She had a fully tummy tuck including rectus muscle plication. During surgery an aesthetic contour was created around the umbilicus, and the scar was hidden within the belly button. The lower abdominal scar was just above the pubic mound, so the previous C-section scar was removed. The scar is hidden by her undergarments.
