375cc Breast Augmentation

This 39 year old female noticed decreased breast size and sagging (involutional ptosis) after childbirth.  She did not want to have any visible breast lift scars, so she chose to have implants alone, understanding that the nipples would not be elevated as much as would be achieved with implants plus a lift (augmentation-mastopexy surgery).

We chose anatomically-shaped high profile implants inserted in a dual plane pocket.  This operation helps to add fullness to the lower breast and improve he position of the nipple on the breast mound. However, the upper part of the implant is deep to the pectoralis muscle, providing more coverage of the implant so there is less chance of seeing or feeling the prosthesis along the cleavage line.

Implant type: 375cc, textured teardrop shape, cohesive silicone gel

Scar position: inframammary

Implant position: dual plane pocket
