Tummy Tuck + Lipo + Breast Lift #2
This patient in her 50s was 5’3” tall and weighed 122 pounds. She developed abdominal skin laxity and breast sagging after having children. She decided to have an abdominoplasty with power-assisted liposculpture (PAL) of the abdomen and flanks, plus bilateral mastopexy surgery.
A drainless tummy tuck was done, which included rectus muscle plication and pubic mound debulking. Liposuction contouring helped to define the waistline and abdominal contour. We then performed breast lift surgery to improve the breast shape and nipple position. Note that the abdominal scar is positioned low on the abdomen and normally would be hidden by most garments, but we asked the patient to reveal the scar for these photos. The postoperative photos were taken one year after surgery.
