Tummy Tuck - 181 lbs
This 39-year-old female underwent no-drain tummy tuck surgery with abdominal muscle tightening using a 3-layer suture plication, followed by a quilting suture closure to take tension off the lower abdominal incision. She did not request any additional liposuction-contouring. She was very happy with the shapely contour of the waist and abdomen. Not only did the surgery get rid of the abdominal apron (pannus), but even back back rolls (seen on the side photos) were smoothed out. The postop photos were taken one year later.
