This patient came to the clinic requesting a significant increase in breast size, but wanted to choose implants that were still in proportion to her breast dimensions. Her preop height was 167cm, weight 57kg, bra size 34B, and breast width 14cm.
Breast implant selection: Allergan 345g implants, round full profile “gummy bear” type (highly cohesive silicone)
Incision location: inframammary
