345g Breast Augmentation 1
This healthy 41 year old female wanted a moderate increase in overall breast size in proportion to her body. Her main goal was to add upper breast fullness. She was 5’3” tall, weighed 111lbs, and wore a 34B bra. Preoperatively there was mild sagging (not quite stage I ptosis) and her measured breast width was 13.5cm. When selecting implants she had Vectra 3D imaging and tried on sizers .
Breast implant type: Allergan “gummy bear” round cohesive gel, moderate profile 345g implants
Incision: Crease under the breast (inframammary crease)
Implant pocket: Subpectoral
