325g + 335g Breast Augmentation

This 41 year old patient’s breasts were not the same size, the right side being slightly smaller. The nipple position was satisfactory (sternal notch to nipple distance was normal) yet the nipples appeared low on the breasts because there was relatively little inferior pole breast tissue.   There was good breast tissue thickness so there would be good coverage of breast implants in a subglandular plane. Therefore, textured anatomic gel implants were used to provide more lower breast fullness. The inframammary fold was also lowered several centimeters to ensure that the implants were positioned properly.

Implant type: Allergan textured teardrop-shaped implants, 325g L side, 335g R side

Scar location: inframammary

Implant position: subglandular
