300cc Breast Augmentation
This 27 year old female noticed that her breasts became much smaller after childbirth, but the overall shape did not change significantly.
The patient wanted a moderate augmentation to restore her previous breast size. There also was a mild contour depression of the central chest (pectus excavatum) but she was not concerned about this issue.
Mild pectus excavatum can be disguised with breast implants, and those patients with severe pectus excavatum can have thoracic surgery (Nuss or Ravitch procedure) to improve the shape of the chest. However, the potential risks and recovery time are greater.
Implant type: 300cc, round, cohesive silicone gel
