This patient in her 20s suffered severe motor vehicle trauma to the abdomen and required multiple life-saving orthopedic and general surgery procedures. She was referred to me several years later to repair the depressed, tethered scars and wide rectus muscle diastasis. The postoperative photos were taken at the one year follow-up appointment.
