This patient in her 40s had a bilateral breast augmentation with full profile cohesive gel silicone implants. Note that the patient’s right breast was smaller. She chose a 365g implant for the left side and Dr. Andrade picked a 450g implant intraoperatively for the right. When 2 different implants are used, the result is never identical but a more balanced result is achieved.
