This patient in her 50’s was 5’6” tall and weighed 196 pounds. She had developed age-related breast sagging and redundant skin on the abdomen. She wished to have “hourglass” liposuction contouring of the abdomen to further define her waistline. However, she was satisfied with her existing breast size and did not want any breast tissue removed, or the breasts enlarged with implants or lipofilling. Postoperatively she was very happy with the low abdominal scar, natural-appearing belly button, and improvement in breast shape. The follow-up mommy makeover photos were taken one year later.
