This patient in her 30s was 165cm tall, 133lbs and wore a 32C-D bra preoperatively. She was seeking a substantial size increase but still proportionate to the rest of her body. There was mild loss of upper breast fullness and slightly lower nipple position (less than stage I ptosis). A dual plane pocket is a good option for this breast shape, because it provides for greater implant coverage on the upper part of the breasts to create a natural-appearing result, yet still allows the implant to settle and fill the lower aspect of the breasts. She chose to have 450cc smooth round full profile silicone gel implants. The postoperative breast implant images were taken at her 1 year follow-up visit.
