This patient was 172cm tall, weighed 55kg and wore a 34B bra preoperatively. She was seeking more upper fullness and a prortionate size increase. The nipples had mild sagging (stage I ptosis) but she was not interested in breast lift surgery to elevate their position on the breast mounds. She had ample breast tissue to cover implants so a subfascial pocket was chosen to ensure the implants would nicely fill the breasts (subpectoral implants might sit too high, creating a “waterfall deformity”). She did not want her breasts to be excessively large or projecting, so she chose 275cc smooth round moderate profile silicone gel. The breast implant postoperative photos were taken approximately one year later.
Breast implants: 275cc smooth round moderate profile silicone gel.
Scar location: Inframammary
