Massive Weight Loss - Skin Removal
This 60-year-old female had lost over 80lbs, achieving a goal weight of 165lbs. She still wore a D-cup bra and had ongoing back and neck pain. She also had excess skin lateral to the breasts, overhanging skin on the abdomen, and excess fatty tissue on the flanks. She decided to have bilateral breast reduction surgery, excision of excess rolls lateral to the breasts (thoracoplasty), tummy tuck, and liposuction of the flanks.
