Tummy Tuck + Breast LIft

This healthy 36 year old female had significant breast sagging after having 2 young children and later losing 76 pounds.  Prior to surgery her weight was stable at 174 pounds.

She decided to have breast lift surgery first, then tummy tuck surgery was performed 3 months later (both operations can be performed together if preferred).

A minor revision procedure was performed on the breasts during the tummy tuck procedure.  The postoperative photos were taken 5 months after the operation.  The scars are still pink, but generally they will continue to fade for at least 12 months postoperatively.  Note that in the photo the clothing is pulled down over the hips; normally the scar would be hidden under the garments.
