Robbins Breast Lift 1

This 37 year old patient developed decreased upper breast fullness and pronounced sagging (ptosis) after childbirth. She was 5’5” tall, weighed 140 pounds and wore a 34DD bra. She did not want larger breasts but only wanted improved shape and perkier nipple position.   Since the nipples were at the lowest point on the breasts (called stage III ptosis), she decided to have the anchor scar (Robbins) mastopexy since this procedure involves removing more loose skin from the breasts than other breast lift procedures.   The postop pictures below were taken 7 months after surgery.
