385g Breast Augmentation 2

This healthy mother of 2 children wanted a proportional increase in breast size and a rounder shape.   She was 5’2” tall, weighed 135lbs, and wore a 34A bra. Her breasts were small with some tuberous features, including nipple-areola pseudoherniation, conical shape, high inframammary fold, and lack of tissue on the lower breast.   Although teardrop-shaped implants might add more lower breast fullness in the situation of tubular breasts, she preferred round cohesive gel breast implants.   During surgery it was necessary to lower the inframammary crease to add more lower breast fullness.

Implant type: 385g, smooth round full projection implants
Incision: inframammary (crease under breast)
Pocket: submuscular
